Boulevard Kitchen + Oyster Bar Celebrates Valentine’s Day

with Luxurious Tasting Menu - February 13 to 15

Vancouver, BC - Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar makes it easy to impress this Valentine's with a sumptuous tasting menu available over three evenings. The West Coast inspired, five-course menu will be prepared by freshly crowned, Canadian Culinary Champion Executive Chef Roger Ma and his award-winning team.

The experience begins with a sun seeker oyster, followed with kanpachi topped with Northern Divine caviar, a roasted scallop on the shell is the second course, and the main dish is a choice between an olive oil poached Atlantic cod, or prime beef striploin with enhancements of shaved black truffles or seared foie gras available for an additional cost.

Dessert is inspired by two Valentine’s staples - chocolate and flowers. Diners can choose between a delicate fraiser filled with strawberry, vanilla cream and rose ice cream, or a decadent bahibe consisting of 46% chocolate mousse, chocolate crunch, roasted tea cremeux and caramel ice cream. The menu closes with Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi's thoughtful petits fours. The Boulevard team looks forward to celebrating all kinds of love stories next weekend - from new loves, to grand love stories, to friendships and gal-entines.

Boulevard is nearly sold out on Friday, February 14, and invites diners to celebrate on their schedule by offering the same seductive menu on Thursday, February 13 and Saturday, February 15.

Tasting menu is $120 per person, plus taxes and gratuity.

Wine pairings are an additional $85. Reservations can be made here.
