Austin Hope Family Winemakers Dinner

A memorable experience awaits wine lovers at our upcoming Austin Hope Family Wine event on April 12th. Chef Nathan’s luxe five-course menu promises a fabulous complement to Austin Hope’s award-winning wines celebrated for their outstanding quality and global recognition. Wine Enthusiast Magazine has consistently named the winery “American Winery of the Year” and ranked their Cabernet Sauvignon as one of the top 10 wines in the world.

 

Menu highlights include Ahi Tuna Ceviche with the 2022 Chardonnay 'Austin', followed by 'The Garden' featuring Baba Ghanoush + Spring Harvest Vegetables paired with the 2021 Treana 'Blanc'. Delight in a savoury Ravioli with Mushroom Duxelles and Truffle Jus, perfectly matched with the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon 'Austin'. For the main course, savour the Grilled AAA Ribeye with Duchess Potatoes and Carrot Puree, served with the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert promises a decadent Garden Cherry Pie paired with the 2020 'Quest' Cabernet Blend.
